Business Intelligence Developer

• Work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users to understand the requirements, and analyze the needs of data consumers
• Identify and develop the appropriate technological solutions for various data needs
• Build extract (in SQL) using Epic’s Reporting databases – Clarity and Caboodle
• Write SQL queries and configure report settings for custom SQL metrics
• Maintain existing reports/extracts, modify it as necessary
• Distribute reports/extracts to data consumers
• Review peer reports/extracts for validity
• Test report/extract build in a specified testing environment and volume testing in live environments
• Review upgrade documentation related to application features and determine how to implement the changes
• Troubleshoot problems and questions
• Provide support to end users.
