About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational leadership for the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the TNE partnership
  • Monitor program implementation, facilitate institutional communication, and advise UW–Stout leadership on matters affecting the partnership's success
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff regarding overseas partner participation and faculty onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree or higher in higher education, comparative education, international education, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience advising, consulting on, or coordinating the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of transnational education (TNE) partnerships involving U.S. and overseas institutions
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and at least one East Asian language
  • Ability and willingness to maintain primary residence in the United States
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment
