About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational leadership for the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the TNE partnership
Monitor program implementation, facilitate institutional communication, and advise UW–Stout leadership on matters affecting the partnership's success
Collaborate with faculty and staff regarding overseas partner participation and faculty onboarding
Engage prospective and admitted students about international study opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree or higher in higher education, comparative education, international education, or a related field
Demonstrated experience advising, consulting on, or coordinating the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of transnational education (TNE) partnerships involving U.S. and overseas institutions
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and at least one East Asian language
Ability and willingness to maintain primary residence in the United States
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment
