About the role
- Organizational support in the clinic director's office
- Planning and coordination of inpatient care
- General administrative duties
- Documentation of patient data and clinical findings
- Management of patient records
- Requesting reports from external and internal facilities
- Preparation and processing of billing procedures
- Drafting medical letters from dictation
- Collaborative work across various departments within the Clinic for Internal Medicine II
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or a completed commercial/business apprenticeship
- Resilience, initiative, assertiveness and the ability to work independently
- High degree of responsibility and strong organizational skills
- Solid skills in PC-based word processing and data handling (MS Office)
- Knowledge of SAP and good command of English desirable
- Team player with enjoyment in working with people
