About the role

  • Organizational and administrative tasks to support our intensive care and monitoring teams and the affiliated departmental offices on the first and third floors of the ZIT (Center for Intensive Therapy)
  • Assistance with special clinical and department-specific tasks
  • Routine tasks related to material and medication supply in the new center
  • Coordination tasks and visitor management
  • Situational support of our nursing teams with direct patient-care activities in the organizational units
  • On request, and after appropriate familiarization, support for night shifts on the wards within the ZIT can be provided

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse) or comparable qualification
  • Motivation for interdisciplinary and interprofessional teamwork
  • Friendly, patient-oriented manner and strong service orientation
  • Interest in further developing our structures
  • High level of social, professional and communicative competence
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Orbis)
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Sense of responsibility and an independent working style
