About the role
- Organizational and administrative tasks to support our intensive care and monitoring teams and the affiliated departmental offices on the first and third floors of the ZIT (Center for Intensive Therapy)
- Assistance with special clinical and department-specific tasks
- Routine tasks related to material and medication supply in the new center
- Coordination tasks and visitor management
- Situational support of our nursing teams with direct patient-care activities in the organizational units
- On request, and after appropriate familiarization, support for night shifts on the wards within the ZIT can be provided
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse) or comparable qualification
- Motivation for interdisciplinary and interprofessional teamwork
- Friendly, patient-oriented manner and strong service orientation
- Interest in further developing our structures
- High level of social, professional and communicative competence
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Orbis)
- Flexibility and resilience
- Sense of responsibility and an independent working style
