About the role
- Assistance with organizational and occasional administrative tasks
- Support for our intensive care and monitoring teams and the departmental offices on the 1st and 3rd floors of the Center for Intensive Care
- Support with discipline- and department-specific duties
- Auxiliary tasks related to material and medication supply in the new center
- Support with coordination tasks and visitor management
- Assistance to our nursing teams with caregiving activities within the organizational units
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Motivation for interdisciplinary and interprofessional teamwork
- Friendly, patient-oriented demeanor with a strong service orientation
- Interest in further developing our structures
- High level of social, professional and communication skills
- IT/computer skills desirable
- Flexibility and resilience
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
