About the role
- Assistance with instrumentation and runner duties during surgical procedures
- Confident handling of medical devices
- Patient-related administration and careful documentation
- Preparation and post-procedure processing of materials and instruments for surgeries
- Assistance with patient positioning
Requirements
- Completed training as an OTA abroad
- Experience in surgical operating rooms
- Recognition/approval decision from the Bavarian State Office for Nursing
- German language skills at least at B2 level and willingness to continuously improve your language skills
- Enthusiasm and strong motivation to work in our team and to support our patients
- Friendly manner, sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Good patient communication
- High willingness to learn
- Motivation and discipline to complete your recognition process in a timely manner
