About the role
- Point of contact (m/f/d) for organizational and content-related questions from students and teaching staff
- Onboarding new teaching staff into teaching processes and structures
- Reviewing and coordinating the course schedule
- Contact person for final-year (Practical Year) medical students and coordination of related matters
- Checking proper entry of teaching activities
- Collaboration with curriculum development on the "Child–Woman–Man" module
- Support in preparing and submitting research grant applications
- Assistance in preparing presentations for scientific lectures
- Organizing and co-designing events related to research and teaching
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of team-oriented work
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style
- Organizational aptitude and good time management
- Basic knowledge of the structure of the model medical degree program (Human Medicine)
- Confident use of standard Office programs (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Interest in academic and research-related topics
- English language skills desirable
