About the role

  • Organizational and administrative tasks to support our intensive care and monitoring teams and the upstream departmental offices on the 1st and 3rd floors of the Intensive Care Center (ZIT)
  • Assistance with special clinical and department-specific tasks
  • Routine tasks related to supplies and medication management in the new center
  • Coordination duties and visitor management
  • Occasional support for our nursing teams with patient-care activities within the organizational units
  • Upon request—and following appropriate training—support for night shifts on the ZIT wards can be provided

Requirements

  • Completed professional training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or comparable qualification)
  • Motivation for interdisciplinary and interprofessional teamwork
  • Friendly, patient-oriented manner and strong service orientation
  • Interest in developing and improving our organizational structures
  • High level of social, professional and communication skills
  • IT skills (Word, Excel, Orbis)
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
