About the role
- Perform general secretarial duties
- Organise appointments, project meetings and business trips
- Provide administrative support for budget management
- Provide administrative support for staff matters (working hours, leave, etc.)
- Assist with the Chair’s public relations activities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an office clerk, industrial clerk, office management clerk, or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of common office software (MS Office)
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work in a team, and a sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in English
