About the role
- Handle HR processes in the area of vocational training and study programs (apprenticeships and degree programs) from onboarding to completion
- Act as the HR contact for training departments on personnel-related questions
- Process HR matters for employees in an assigned area from entry to exit
- Provide close, constructive advice and collaborate with managers, the works council, and the representative for employees with severe disabilities
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training with further qualification as an HR specialist
- (Initial) professional experience in operational HR work in the area of vocational training/study programs (preferably in the healthcare sector)
- Confident user of common MS Office applications
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
- Ability to maintain an overview and composure in stressful situations
