About the role

  • Handle HR processes in the area of vocational training and study programs (apprenticeships and degree programs) from onboarding to completion
  • Act as the HR contact for training departments on personnel-related questions
  • Process HR matters for employees in an assigned area from entry to exit
  • Provide close, constructive advice and collaborate with managers, the works council, and the representative for employees with severe disabilities

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training with further qualification as an HR specialist
  • (Initial) professional experience in operational HR work in the area of vocational training/study programs (preferably in the healthcare sector)
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Ability to maintain an overview and composure in stressful situations
