About the role

  • Organization and execution of continuing education and event management

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in administration, a commercial field, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience, ideally in events, continuing education, or the education sector
  • Experience in a university context or a research-related organization is desirable
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Strong organizational skills and very good time management
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and processes in parallel
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ideally experience with CRM or campus management systems
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Enjoyment of teamwork
