About the role

  • Proactively source tech and non-tech talent, developing a tailored sourcing strategy for each role
  • Contribute to the development of the sourcing function and team
  • Test and implement tools to automate sourcing
  • Work with various sourcing channels: LinkedIn, databases, and alternative sources
  • Write personalized outreach messages and build high-quality communication with candidates
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers: gather context, provide feedback, and adjust strategies
  • Manage candidates in the ATS (Ashby) and record sourcing outcomes
  • Analyze metrics (response rate, conversions), the talent market, and the competitive landscape
  • Continuously experiment with new channels, approaches, and A/B testing
  • Prepare regular reports and draw data-driven conclusions

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sourcing experience
  • Proven track record of closing tech and non-tech roles (marketing experience is a must)
  • Confident use of sourcing automation tools
  • Experience using or testing AI tools (must)
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data
  • Experience managing 4–5 high-priority vacancies simultaneously
  • Persistence and a solutions-oriented mindset—willingness to keep searching after rejections
  • Strong desire to grow specifically in sourcing
  • Interest in learning, best practices, and new tools
  • Relying solely on ChatGPT is definitely not your approach 🙂
