About the role
- Work closely with the product managers of the internal UMG product ALPHA
- Take ownership of selected product management and product marketing tasks
- Work in product trios alongside product management, design, research and engineering
- Have direct exposure to our users: gather their needs, deliver trainings on how to use ALPHA, and support users in achieving their goals through ALPHA support
- Actively contribute to the development of our product management standards and promote a user-centric mindset across the company
- Help prepare events, workshops, presentations, vlogs, infographics and data flow charts
- Act as a guardian of product quality and take the lead in communicating new releases to our users
- Support the development of our tech network Beats & Bytes — and tell us what else you would like to learn?
Requirements
- You are studying product management, marketing, management or a related field
- You enjoy engaging with users
- Constructive nonconformity is one of your strengths
- You have experience working with cross-functional, user-centric product teams
- Enthusiasm for the digital world is a plus
- You think strategically, analytically and creatively, can identify correlations quickly and work unconventionally when needed
- You can present information graphically in a clear, accessible way
- You are reliable and, through structured and organized work, can stay on top of stressful situations
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- You are confident reading, writing and speaking English; German skills are a plus
