About the role

  • You develop content and social media concepts and strategies for our artists — you have a strong sense for great content, the right channel, and perfect timing
  • You plan and execute small and large content shoots for and with our artists
  • You extend your concept ideas through digital advertising and CRM measures together with the responsible Marketing Labs departments
  • You present campaign evaluations and analyses to product management and Marketing Labs colleagues
  • Your work is consistently innovation-driven: you use AI strategically to further develop and rethink campaigns
  • You know the latest trends, hypes, and styles and translate them into content initiatives
  • You work closely with artists and their management on content planning and distribution, and you support them with hands-on practical know-how
  • You act as a proactive interface between the label and Marketing Labs

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a comparable vocational qualification
  • You bring at least three years of experience in marketing, PR, or journalism — on the publisher, agency, or corporate side
  • Your focus is on digital communication and social media — ideally you have industry experience in the music or entertainment sector
  • You have knowledge of and a strong affinity for content marketing channels (social media, apps, newsletters)
  • You work cross-functionally and have experience in the strategic development and written creation of digital communication concepts
  • With your above-average creativity you craft compelling copy and punchlines
  • You are very familiar with content management systems and, through your use of them, comfortable with platforms and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, Lucid, etc.
  • You have negotiation-level German (C2) in spoken and written form and conversational English (C1)
