About the role

  • Support the product management team and assist with product releases
  • Upload content (e.g., video material, tour dates) to the content management system
  • Independently create target audience–appropriate advertising and informational copy
  • Arrange travel for video shoots, photoshoots and showcases
  • Support selected artists as agreed
  • Monitor and analyze charts and evaluate campaigns
  • Organize prize promotions and notify winners
  • Coordinate guest lists before and during concerts
  • Correspond with business partners
  • Perform a variety of day-to-day tasks
  • Communicate with and distribute materials to all promotion areas (TV, radio, online, press, distribution)

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (all genders) or equivalent qualification
  • Good familiarity with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the German rap and urban music culture
  • Strong affinity for the digital lifestyle and social media
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Basic skills in editing image and audio material
  • Ability to write short editorial texts
  • Organizational talent and adaptability
  • Open communication with colleagues
  • Initial practical experience in the media industry is an advantage
