About the role
- Support the product management team and assist with product releases
- Upload content (e.g., video material, tour dates) to the content management system
- Independently create target audience–appropriate advertising and informational copy
- Arrange travel for video shoots, photoshoots and showcases
- Support selected artists as agreed
- Monitor and analyze charts and evaluate campaigns
- Organize prize promotions and notify winners
- Coordinate guest lists before and during concerts
- Correspond with business partners
- Perform a variety of day-to-day tasks
- Communicate with and distribute materials to all promotion areas (TV, radio, online, press, distribution)
Requirements
- Enrolled student (all genders) or equivalent qualification
- Good familiarity with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the German rap and urban music culture
- Strong affinity for the digital lifestyle and social media
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Basic skills in editing image and audio material
- Ability to write short editorial texts
- Organizational talent and adaptability
- Open communication with colleagues
- Initial practical experience in the media industry is an advantage
