About the role

  • You manage communications with artists and artist management regarding artist strategies and release plans.
  • You independently plan, execute and oversee release campaigns — both digital and physical.
  • You monitor and coordinate all deadlines and activities related to releases; this also includes preparing all relevant release data and registering products in the appropriate internal systems.
  • Administrative responsibilities such as issuing and processing invoices, organizing and delivering masters, and archiving release masters are part of your remit.
  • You coordinate internal stakeholders such as A&R, Digital Commercial Partnerships, Digital Concepts & Creation, CRM, Creator Marketing, PR, Physical Sales, D2C, as well as external partners and service providers.
  • You commission the production of artwork, promotional assets, copy and marketing materials and ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Your creativity has no limits: from developing an artist identity (CI) in collaboration with artist management, external creatives and internal teams, to organising and executing video shoots, photo sessions, styling and artwork design — you are responsible for end-to-end product planning and support from the master to the artwork.

Requirements

  • You have experience in product marketing — ideally at a music company, a creative agency or in a digital environment.
  • You have a solid understanding of digital/online marketing and promotion, including digital media planning, and know how to apply communication strategies effectively.
  • You understand the dynamics of the streaming landscape and are confident using tools such as Spotify for Artists, Chartmetric and similar platforms.
  • You have experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and work in a structured, independent and results-oriented way.
  • You are familiar with relevant Hip-Hop, R&B and Pop scenes — their aesthetics, platforms, communities and cultural codes.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to guide creative processes complete your profile.
