About the role

  • You maintain, manage and update content in our Content Management Systems and in our journalists' lounge
  • You send promotional materials (CDs, video clips, EPKs, etc.) to editors and journalists
  • You maintain and update data such as Excel files, contacts and distribution lists in Microsoft Outlook
  • You record, edit and archive TV appearances of our artists and manage press clippings for print and online
  • You support the compilation product managers with all tasks related to our releases, for example proofreading texts or listening to masters
  • You assist in researching tracks and artists for our compilation albums and source assets such as music masters and music videos
  • You support the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
  • You write press information and booklet texts and assist with preparing presentations
  • You handle various day-to-day tasks and independently take on office organization, such as scheduling appointments

Requirements

  • You are studying Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a comparable degree program
  • You are proficient with MS Office programs, in particular Word and Excel. Photoshop skills are an advantage
  • You have a very good understanding of the "digital lifestyle" and social media and use the various channels privately as well
  • You are confident in verbal and written communication in German and English
  • You are highly organized and remain calm under pressure
