About the role
- Independently conceive, plan and execute release campaigns — digital, physical and always with a 360° approach
- Develop innovative, data-driven marketing strategies with a focus on social media, PR, creator relations, media buying and brand collaborations
- Provide creative input for branding/visual identity (CI), video, artwork and visual campaign concepts
- Communicate with artists, management, external partners and internal teams
- Coordinate interfaces between A&R, Digital Commercial Partnerships, Creation, CRM, PR, D2C and physical distribution partners
- Manage projects and budgets with clear prioritization, efficient use of resources and reliable time management
- Identify social and content trends early and integrate them into release and brand strategies
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years' experience in label or music product marketing
- You have a deep understanding of audience development, digital ecosystems and data-driven campaign management
- You have experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- You also bring an extensive network within the music, creator and media landscape
