About the role

  • In close collaboration with A&R Managers and Product Managers, you will support the release of projects, assist with full release planning from singles to albums, and contribute to associated marketing campaigns
  • You coordinate the entire operational release implementation – from timelines and deadlines to organizing all product data and entering releases into the company's internal systems
  • You are responsible for managing all release-relevant materials: initiating the creation of artwork, copy, and promotional materials, maintaining and organizing central assets (e.g., music videos, social content, masters, metadata) and providing them in a structured way to internal teams and external partners
  • Creating factsheets and preparing pitching information (e.g., for playlist pitches) are also part of your responsibilities
  • As a communicative interface, you ensure transparent project statuses, coordinate the flow of information between all stakeholders, and handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and archiving all release-related documents
  • You maintain collaboration with management, artists, and business partners and partially take on artist liaison duties
  • Additionally, you coordinate internal and external appointments and travel for video shoots, photoshoots, promo events, or listening sessions
  • Planning and executing events and showcases are also within your area of responsibility
