About the role
- Analyze and design organizational and governance structures aligned with strategic priorities
- Develop concepts and scenarios for organizational and decision-making designs
- Translate complex topics into clear decision-making materials
- Support cross-departmental transformation initiatives
- Work closely with management and other key departments
- Bring data- and analysis-driven perspectives to strategic discussions
- Further develop methods, tools and formats that strengthen decision quality
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a strategic or transformation-related role
- University degree with an analytical-strategic focus
- Strong business acumen and understanding of economic interrelationships
- Additional qualifications in systemic organizational development or change management are a plus
- Proven experience in redesigning decision-making and governance structures
- Confident use of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods
- Very good German and English skills
