About the role
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage data-driven campaigns in collaboration with the internal LABSxSTUDIOS unit
- Responsible for project and budget management as well as for marketing, PR, and social media concepts
- Develop cross-channel content marketing strategies for Universal Music media channels
- Provide editorial oversight for campaigns across relevant channels
- Coordinate agencies to execute campaign measures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a university degree with a focus on marketing
- At least two years of product marketing experience at a music or media company
- Broad music and marketing expertise across genres, with experience in clubs, concerts and festivals
- Strong understanding of digital/online marketing and promotion, including KPIs
- Highly creative in developing new products, marketing campaigns, and promotional ideas
- Excellent project management skills and experience with streaming platforms
- Negotiation-level German (C2) and advanced English (C1), both spoken and written
