About the role
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue across physical (vinyl, CD, box sets) and digital (streaming, download, D2C) catalog products
- Analyze consumption trends, sales data, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize release timing and pricing
- Partner with finance and data teams to forecast performance and track key revenue KPIs
- Apply expertise across local and global markets to ensure strategies are culturally relevant, effectively localized, and globally scalable
- Drive performance across multi-genre catalog portfolios, adapting marketing and release strategies for diverse audiences and consumption behaviors
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns that reimagine and reintroduce catalog titles for new audiences
- Leverage storytelling, anniversaries, and artist milestones to build momentum across DSPs, retail, and D2C platforms
- Work with partners to secure playlisting, feature placement, and creative visibility across streaming and physical retail
- Partner with catalog and frontline label teams to align on goals and ensure cohesive release strategies
- Support sales and inventory management across domestic and international territories
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely manufacturing and distribution
- Manage multiple priorities across a high-volume release schedule with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Implement process improvements and scalable systems to streamline catalog operations
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years in the music industry with proven success in catalog management, revenue analysis, or frontline label operations
- Strong understanding of physical and digital revenue models, including streaming, D2C, and retail strategy
- Demonstrated success driving results across multi-genre artist rosters and diverse audience segments
- Proven experience working across local and international markets, adapting strategies to regional market dynamics and consumer behaviors
- Analytical thinker with experience interpreting sales data, trends, and KPIs to inform actionable strategies
- Creative marketer who understands fan engagement, storytelling, and catalog lifecycle management
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
