About the role
- Assist with administrative duties including answering phones, maintaining calendars, preparing expense reports, booking travel, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating meetings
- Research brand partnership activities in the industry and stay up to date on the current market for potential leads
- Serve in a key role on the IGA’s brand partnership team, supporting and managing active and potential brand partnership campaigns for the Interscope/Capitol label, its roster of artists, and its content
- Work internally with Brand Partnerships, Marketing, and artist management teams to identify and facilitate unique partnership concepts, and collaborate with key stakeholders across artist teams, brands, and internal label teams (marketing, digital, PR, etc.) to support priority projects and active brand campaigns
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of artist one sheets, pitch decks/presentations, and external e-newsletters, keeping all pitch materials updated with relevant news and stats regularly
- Support on music video product placement and event sponsorship opportunities (outreach, negotiation of fees, contract execution, ensuring deliverables are met, and overall execution of deal)
- Manage invoice requests and contracting processes
- Maximize the use of consumer research to enhance and create opportunities for artist in the branding space
Requirements
- Strong administrative, organizational, communication and creative skills
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Keynote, Photoshop, InDesign, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Social media savvy
- Ability to work under high pressure and speed
- Self-motivated
- Great social and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to keep information highly confidential
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of personnel
- Passion for music and popular culture
- 1-2 years of agency, label and/or administrative experience in the music/entertainment business, ideally within the brand partnerships space, but not essential.
