About the role
- Comprehensive handling of operational transactions in the health insurance area
- Formal and technical review of change requests submitted by our policyholders
- Act as a service- and customer-oriented contact for sales partners and policyholders
- Individual and standardized correspondence with sales partners and policyholders
- Support for projects and the continued development of our internal processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d)
- Ideally, professional experience in health insurance
- Strong customer-focused communication skills and decisiveness
- Good MS Office skills
