About the role

  • Comprehensive handling of operational transactions in the health insurance area

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, professional experience in health insurance
  • Strong customer-focused communication skills and decisiveness
  • Good MS Office skills
