About the role
- In your role as a Business Analyst you act as the link between the business units and development, ensuring that automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are successfully implemented
- A key part of your role is analyzing existing processes for their automation potential and assessing suitable business cases
- You capture stakeholders' functional requirements and, together with the development team, accompany the entire lifecycle of RPA bots — from conception through testing and operation to acceptance
- With your structured approach you coordinate all parties involved and manage the implementation of automation initiatives together with business units and developers
- You contribute to the strategic development of automation solutions through audience-appropriate presentations, reports and KPI management
- Your responsibilities are rounded out by active change and incident management as well as your participation in the further development of the Center of Excellence for Automation
Requirements
- A degree in (business) informatics, business administration/economics or a comparable qualification with a technical focus
- Practical experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role
- Initial practical experience in project management or an IT environment is an advantage
- Confident handling of data, process analysis and reporting tools
- Business-level German (C1) and fluent written and spoken English
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to problem solving and a strong IT affinity
- Excellent communication skills and a high customer orientation
