About the role
- Responsibility for an optimal customer journey and guiding clients through the advisory process
- Supporting the team with tasks as needed
- Market follow-up activities in connection with account and securities account (depot) openings
- Preparation, entry and verification of account opening documents
- Processing inquiries and orders
- Handling administrative tasks
Requirements
- Successfully completed banking apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience working in a banking environment is an advantage
- Ideally experience with banking software systems, in particular Atruvia
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written
- Quick comprehension and the ability to work independently
