About the role
- As an Agile Coach (m/f/d) you represent the “Methodology” strand within the leadership teams of your platforms and advocate for appropriate, effective agility in achieving the platform goals
- You advance the shared leadership approach, clarify roles and responsibilities, and foster a clear, common understanding across the platforms
- You support leadership teams with capacity planning and demand management and ensure transparency in prioritization
- As an Agile Coach (m/f/d) you strengthen the agile maturity of teams, enable colleagues in agile methods and self-management principles, and facilitate exchange formats and team events
- You promote a strong team culture and improve collaboration in the cross-functional organization, including implementing an effective impediment process
- By establishing regular feedback cycles you support the continuous development of the teams and the platform organization as a whole
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in agile environments, including at least three years as an Agile Coach, ideally in large corporations
- Experience in agile transformations and working with shared leadership models
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build consensus, and a value-oriented way of working
- Confident in collecting, visualizing and communicating impediments, risks and dependencies across value streams
- Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, OKR and relevant metrics, and experience with MS Teams, MS Office, Jira and digital whiteboards (e.g., Conceptboard)
- At least business-fluent German (spoken and written)
