About the role
- oversee the sales team and work closely with senior management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in related field
- 5+ years sales leadership experience in a business-to-business sales organization
- Chemical sales experience is an asset
- Experience with customer and territory management
- proficiency with PC and Windows; MS Office Suite; Salesforce.com
- knowledge of pricing and marketing strategy
- effective and engaging communication skills
- ability to relate to and communicate with individuals at all levels
- ability to recognize and monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor activities
