About the role
- Technical assistance - Handle complaints related to the customer's products or processes, guiding the resolution of issues and problems remotely or in person
- Provide training and technical support to customers
- New product approvals in the field (homologation) - Monitor and support the approval of new products with customers, according to sales team requests
- Conduct customer visits and provide support to sales representatives
- Technically specify products for customers, identifying those that best meet their needs
- Support new project development - Contribute to and participate in laboratory projects to meet pipeline demands
- Inform the technical team of the main development needs to support pipeline demands
- Source and evaluate potential new product lines from raw material suppliers for internal use
- Support management of the new opportunities pipeline - Lead regular meetings with the sales team to track pipeline progress
Requirements
- Experience in cosmetic laboratories and project development
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields
- Specialization in Cosmetics preferred
- Advanced English preferred
- Availability to travel to the Southern region of Brazil
