About the role

  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making within the organization
  • Identify changes in employee's information that need to be updated in the HR system
  • Requests required documentation from employees for various HR processes
  • Submit transactions to finalize updates in records
  • Manage mass employee data changes
  • Collaborate with the HR Inquiries Administrator to complete tickets for data request changes
  • Assist in handling voluntary and involuntary terminations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity of employee data in HRIS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in HR
  • 1+ years previous experience in a HR Shared Service, Call Centre, Service Environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and shared services HR technology
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential & sensitive data
  • Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English
