About the role
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making within the organization
- Identify changes in employee's information that need to be updated in the HR system
- Requests required documentation from employees for various HR processes
- Submit transactions to finalize updates in records
- Manage mass employee data changes
- Collaborate with the HR Inquiries Administrator to complete tickets for data request changes
- Assist in handling voluntary and involuntary terminations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity of employee data in HRIS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in HR
- 1+ years previous experience in a HR Shared Service, Call Centre, Service Environment
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and shared services HR technology
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential & sensitive data
- Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English
