About the role
- Control all Stock issues
- Ensure correct completion of documentation and digital records
- Management of the quarantine area
- Identify and escalate where FIFO rules are not followed
- On time completion of all mandatory training requirements
- Daily management of all assigned control reports
- Ensure all inventories and warehouse management systems are maintained accurately
- Report all accidents, incidents or near misses to relevant personnel
- Perform stock counts, adjustments and stock reconciliation as appropriate to conduct, consolidate and reconcile any perpetual inventory issues as appropriate
- Provide support for stock take
- Ensure all hard copy and digital documentation is complete and accurate in line with agreed processes
- Report accidents, incidents and near misses to the relevant staff
- Co-operate on all matters concerned with Health, Safety, Training, Legislation, Environment and the company's Core Values.
- Process failed deliveries/load changes back into stock
- Ensure the timely and efficient resolution of all stock anomalies
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Knowledge of the SAP ERP System would be advantageous
