About the role
- Manage the administration of our container data, thoroughly investigating all customer queries.
- Take ownership of sales ledger queries including delivery and pricing issues and resolve in a timely manner
- Process credit requests and goods returns orders in SAP.
- Log complaints accurately on Univar ERP system, support the identification of the root cause, capture corrective actions and co-ordinate the customer responses.
- Process requests for new and amended accounts.
- Log customers regulatory requests accurately on the ticketing system.
- Providing first class service by understanding our customers’ requirements and developing a deep understanding of what they need from our business.
Requirements
- Are a UK resident and currently living in the UK
- Have the right to work in the UK - an offer of employment is subject to satisfactory proof of this.
- Are very comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software, (experience of SAP would be an advantageous)
- Delight in investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right
- Are personable, organised and resilient
