About the role

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of direct reports to exceed (sales) targets
  • Develop and drive sales plans, identify new market opportunities, and optimize sales channels
  • Establish KPIs, track team performance, and report sales metrics to senior management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and other teams to align sales initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress against goals, and report on pipeline health and revenue projections

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience with proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Tactical thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team management
