About the role
- Improve and expand Univar Solutions position within assigned accounts
- Establish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities
- Provide customer technical support and consultant services
- Maintain and expand knowledge of products, services, competitive activities
- Responsible for setting pricing and service levels
- Document all account activity in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of sales in B2B environment
- Food chemical ingredient experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience negotiating and closing large, sophisticated opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation)
