About the role
- Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products
- Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork
- Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules
- Communicate effectively with other departments in the company
- Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor
- Encourage safe work practices in others
- Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance
- Weekly report updates
- Other duties as assigned to the position
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred (no experience is ok; training provided)
- Moderate computer skills; assist in data collection and report
- Strong responsibility; follow supervision; good communication skills
- On-site at one of our distribution centers
- Ability to work on different shift schedules
