About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound calls, send targeted emails, and engage prospects through social selling and marketing follow-ups.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects — from cold contact through to a booked introductory meeting.
- Own your KPIs and pipeline metrics — we want someone who thrives on hitting targets and holds themselves accountable.
- Qualify leads and seamlessly hand off booked meetings to Account Executives for closing.
- Work directly with leadership to develop and refine outbound strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — equally effective with a receptionist or a C-suite executive.
- Self-directed and organized — you operate with minimal oversight and leave no task unfinished.
- A positive, hunter mindset with strong networking skills.
- Bonus: Prior experience in lead generation for professional services, IT managed services, or healthcare technology.
