About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate delivery of projects that make up the strategic roadmap
Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, partner engagement, and other internal teams
Build relationships and facilitate collaboration with the external platform partner
Craft and implement change management strategies for process improvements and organizational change
Coordinate with engineering and product managers to build and execute a roadmap balancing feature goals, partner commitments, and operational improvements
Clarify product, partner, and stakeholder requirements, expectations, and timelines
Define and track dependencies across internal teams to meet deliverables
Iterate on or develop processes and methodologies to improve velocity, collaboration, and visibility
Identify and mitigate risks associated with change
Handle conflicts and act as a connector, mentor, reporter, translator, diplomat, and force multiplier for project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Software project/program management experience working closely with engineering and non-technical teams
Track record of delivering against contractual obligations
Experience managing external relationships
Persistence in tracking down and resolving loose ends
Experience managing process and organizational change
Ability to establish relationships, maintain a positive culture, and optimize communications for varied audiences and stakeholders
Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
Frequent and regular communication with worldwide colleagues and partners in English
