About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate delivery of projects that make up the strategic roadmap
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, partner engagement, and other internal teams
- Build relationships and facilitate collaboration with the external platform partner
- Craft and implement change management strategies for process improvements and organizational change
- Coordinate with engineering and product managers to build and execute a roadmap balancing feature goals, partner commitments, and operational improvements
- Clarify product, partner, and stakeholder requirements, expectations, and timelines
- Define and track dependencies across internal teams to meet deliverables
- Iterate on or develop processes and methodologies to improve velocity, collaboration, and visibility
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change
- Handle conflicts and act as a connector, mentor, reporter, translator, diplomat, and force multiplier for project teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Software project/program management experience working closely with engineering and non-technical teams
- Track record of delivering against contractual obligations
- Experience managing external relationships
- Persistence in tracking down and resolving loose ends
- Experience managing process and organizational change
- Ability to establish relationships, maintain a positive culture, and optimize communications for varied audiences and stakeholders
- Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
- Frequent and regular communication with worldwide colleagues and partners in English
