Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations
- Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels
- Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
- Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
- Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
