Manage Global Office Expansion projects such as tenant improvements, functional upgrades, and office densifications
Collaborate with Finance team to create budgets and report cashflow
Work with Procurement and Legal teams to conduct RFPs
Cooperate with Lead of Design and Construction and other REW leads to develop project principles
Lead internal and external project communications
Manage day-to-day project specifics as main point of contact
Develop scope of work, budget, scheduling, and procurement
Responsible for all phases of project lifecycles, including risk mitigation
In charge of project documentation and reporting

Requirements

Proven track record of delivering successful Tenant Improvement projects
Ability to articulate the overall project management process as it relates to Design and Construction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience communicating with both Owner side and vendor side
Highly organized with the ability to manage complex teams
Self-directed and well-organized with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Construction Management or Interior Design preferred
Experience delivering renovations and/or tenant improvement projects considered a high asset
Facilities certification CFM, Project Management Programming (PMP) certification, IFMA credentials appreciated
Ability to use AutoCAD or REVIT
