About the role
- Lead, scale, and develop a global BDR organization across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
- Define and execute global business development strategy, including outbound motion, target segmentation, ICP refinement, and account prioritization
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation, ensuring consistent, high-quality pipeline contribution to regional Sales teams
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to align BDR coverage, quotas, and handoff models and collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution, messaging, and demand programs to maximize pipeline impact
- Establish and optimize BDR operating rhythms: goals, KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and performance management, build scalable processes, playbooks, and enablement frameworks to support onboarding, coaching, and career progression
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global or multi-regional BDR / Business Development teams
- Strong track record of scaling teams and consistently delivering pipeline targets
- Demonstrated ability to align BDR strategy with Sales and GTM priorities
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed, global organizations and strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of pipeline economics, conversion metrics, and forecasting
