Architect

• Industrial building design: Whether greenfield or brownfield — you develop production and logistics halls as well as modern office spaces with a focus on functionality, efficiency, and future viability.
• End-to-end responsibility: You manage projects comprehensively across all service phases (LPH 1–5), including coordination, schematic design, liaison with authorities and factory planners, and representation of the client.
• Compliance with cost and quality standards: You assess construction costs according to DIN 276 and are familiar with the building regulations of the federal states. You ensure compliance with generally accepted technical standards (such as ASR guidelines or fire protection).
• Shaping the overall planning: You act as the client's primary contact, organize expert reports, obtain permits, and think across disciplines. You will work closely with our experienced architect and share your knowledge across the organization.
