About the role
- Provide commercial corporate tax advice to CEOs and CFOs
- Lead and grow long-term relationships with clients across industry sectors
- Work with team members to deliver high-quality corporate tax advice
- Provide quality assurance over tax return preparation, advising on complex areas
- Build, design and implement the UK corporation tax practice
- Drive continuous improvement and productisation via technology and AI
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise tax processes using technology and AI
- Stay up-to-date with UK tax laws and regulations and seek opportunities from developments
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and grow market opportunities
- Use technology to engage with clients and work with technology experts to deliver client projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other
- Professional certification preferred (e.g. ACA, CTA, ATT)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance with focus on UK corporation tax
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations
- Experience in international corporate taxes (including Pillar 2) desirable
- Experience with technology and AI in tax compliance processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship (application form question)
