• Lead transfer pricing engagements from scoping through delivery, covering documentation, policy design, intercompany structuring, and HMRC defence
• Advise on the tax and commercial implications of cross-border transactions, including leverage and deductibility in PE-backed structures
• Identify and manage transfer pricing risks in fast-moving transaction environments, coordinating across deal and tax workstreams
• Prepare and negotiate Advance Pricing Agreements and support clients through audits and enquiries
• Manage compliance deliverables including CTSA documentation and OECD-aligned local file and master file requirements
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CFOs, tax directors, and PE finance teams
• Use AI and automation tools in the delivery of analysis and documentation — we expect our people to work smarter, not just harder
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing clear direction and quality feedback on their work

• Define enterprise and solution architectures that align applications, data, AI, and infrastructure to clients' business and finance priorities.
• Design the finance systems landscape and integration patterns across ERP, EPM, consolidation, planning, treasury, tax, and reporting tools, alongside internal products and AI services.
• Provide architectural direction for applied AI/ML in finance.
• Establish standards for security, compliance, controls, and operability across the finance architecture.
• Define programme-level approaches to AI quality and responsible operation at scale.
• Balance speed, cost, security, and long-term maintainability, and articulate these trade-offs in commercial terms for CFOs, transformation directors, and senior sponsors.
• Translate ambiguous, cross-domain problems into clear target-state architectures and phased, deliverable roadmaps.
• Guide and mentor data engineers, data architects, and delivery teams, ensuring designs are coherent and actually get built.
• Contribute reusable reference architectures, methodologies, and accelerators that strengthen the wider AI Advisory practice.

• Analyse and interrogate finance and operational data to answer client questions, producing clear, reliable reporting and analysis across client engagements.
• Model and analyse finance datasets — including data for close, reporting, FP&A, and valuation — with clear lineage from raw inputs through to analysis-ready outputs.
• Prepare and structure the data that supports applied AI and analytics delivery: retrieval sources, context datasets, and the inputs that keep analysis current.
• Extract and combine data pragmatically from client systems (ERP, databases, SaaS, and legacy sources), working with the access control and sensitivity that client data demands.
• Work to good analytical standards in day-to-day work: version control, reproducible and well-tested analysis, peer review, and clear documentation.
• Build clear, reliable dashboards and reporting that stakeholders can trust, understand, and reuse.
• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) to accelerate analysis, reporting, and insight work.
• Translate ambiguous client questions into scoped, deliverable analysis on compressed timelines, then deliver it.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and non-technical client stakeholders, and present findings others can act on.
