Manager

• Build and maintain site- and specialty-specific faculty pools (clinical, skills lab, simulation, and proctoring).
• Actively manage faculty as a talent network, ensuring engagement, readiness, and retention.

• Own proctor pool management and exam-day scheduling across all locations.

• Manage candidate flow from recruitment through Assistant Dean interview and offer.
• Fully own faculty readiness from offer acceptance through first assignment, including: Unitek onboarding, Hospital onboarding, Clinical clearance and background checks, Required training and development.
• Serve as a trusted service partner to Assistant Deans and Site Coordinators.
• Collaborate with Regional and Associate Deans on staffing strategy and problem-solving as issues arise.

Manager, Faculty Planning and Scheduling

Project Manager

• Collaborate with the Regulatory team to manage accreditation timelines for new partner sites, ensuring operational readiness for Board of Nursing (BON) visits and regulatory audits to support timely approval and launch.
• Lead the transition of partner data from HubSpot into Smartsheet, building and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time project visibility to the VP of Operations.
• Own end-to-end project management of partner site launches, including coordination of facilities readiness, equipment and supply procurement, and IT and systems integration.
• Manage launch budgets, track CapEx and OpEx, and ensure financial accountability throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure all “Closed-Won” deliverables in HubSpot are accurately translated into actionable project plans and tracked to completion.
• Partner with HR and Recruitment to lead hiring, onboarding, and training of site-level staff required to operate partner locations.
• Lead weekly and as-needed cross-functional launch readiness meetings with Admissions, Marketing, Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, Student Services, IT, Regulatory Compliance, and Clinical Clearance teams to resolve risks, drive alignment, and manage scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during implementation, managing expectations and delivering a high-touch, collaborative launch experience.

• Assist with identifying and securing external resources to support nursing program success.

• Develop and maintain educational partnerships with clinical sites.
• Conduct clinical site evaluations assessing safety, risk, and the ability to meet program objectives.

• Monitor instructional quality and conduct faculty observations, evaluations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Advise and support potential nursing students during recruitment and admission planning.
• Ensure students are properly oriented to nursing skills labs and clinical facilities prior to rotations.
• Participate in recruitment and admission processes for qualified nursing students.
• Confirm that all students meet documentation, graduation, and licensing exam requirements.

Learning and Development

• The Instructional Designer creates, develops, and maintains instructional materials to support online, hybrid, and face-to-face delivery of healthcare courses in higher education.
• This role ensures course quality, alignment with learning outcomes, and effective use of instructional technologies.
• Design and develop courses within the institution’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure high-quality student learning experience.
• Create engaging instructional content including course overviews, syllabi, learning outcomes, multimedia activities, and assessments.
• Build and publish eLearning modules that integrate interactive elements and align with course outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical or specialized knowledge into engaging, student-centered learning experiences.
• Guide SMEs in applying instructional best practices, align content with program outcomes, and ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and pedagogically sound.
• Apply evidence-based instructional strategies grounded in adult learning theory and best practices for higher education.
• Ensure curriculum alignment by participating in committee meetings and integrating approved updates into course design.
• Review and revise instructional materials to maintain accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Document and maintain course resources while contributing to shared training and knowledgebase materials.
• Pilot and evaluate new learning technologies and recommend appropriate tools for adoption.
• Stay current with instructional design trends and apply knowledge of accessibility, copyright, and compliance requirements.
