About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the COO in monitoring organizational capacity and staffing alignment
- Support the COO in translating strategic priorities into structured initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows

- Track program risks, operational challenges, and facilitate resolution pathways
- Maintain shared documentation and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in operations management
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in program management or project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
