Execute events effectively ensuring strong logistics and quality experiences
Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to execute event strategies
Own end-to-end planning for assigned events (venue, vendors, budgets, run of show, staffing)
Create and manage task lists, checklists, and timelines for assigned events
Plan and execute 10-20 donor and community engagement activations
Manage logistics and day-of execution for corporate, employee, and community engagement events
Ensure each event represents the organization’s mission and values
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in event management, strategic communications, brand and audience strategy, advertising, promotions, or marketing is required
Strong event production skills
Understanding of racial equity issues and commitment to continued learning
Ability to provide documentation of COVID-19 vaccination status upon hire
