About the role

  • Own the full product lifecycle — from strategy and vision to execution and operational management
  • Build and scale marketing strategy, including user acquisition, monetization, and expansion to new markets
  • Enhance product analytics by defining key metrics, driving data-informed decisions, and uncovering growth opportunities
  • Lead and grow the team — hiring, mentoring, aligning around product goals, and building a strong ownership culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, narrative, marketing, analytics) to deliver high-impact features
  • Optimize internal processes and workflows to increase speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Drive innovation, including внедрение AI tools for automation, content generation, and product improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading mobile products (mobile-first mindset is a must, not web-only)
  • Background in gaming or content-driven products (stories, books, apps for female audience)
  • Strong expertise in in-app purchases and building internal app economies
  • Solid marketing understanding — user acquisition, monetization strategies, growth loops
  • Strong product analytics skills — ability to define metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing and scaling teams
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for automation and content creation
  • Understanding how to integrate AI into product workflows and user experience
  • Fluent Ukrainian or Russian and B2+ English
