About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and coordinate helpdesk and support mechanisms for product launches
  • Prepare internal documentation, escalation paths, and FAQs with solution owners and support teams
  • Create sales enablement battle cards and operational playbooks
  • Coordinate alignment across sourcing, IT, sales enablement, and product teams
  • Maintain version control and organization of product documentation and records
  • Ensure documentation is accessible, current, and compliant with internal standards
  • Coordinate product specification documents with sourcing and product teams
  • Manage versioning and accuracy of sales and marketing materials in the internal knowledge base
  • Coordinate system and documentation updates for product introductions, updates, and retirements
  • Ensure accurate catalog class and pricing structures in RentalMan
  • Validate catalog setups and system inputs required for product launches
  • Support community management by creating Worksite Performance Solutions content and coordinating SME or DCS responses
  • Coordinate Digital Customer Success Office Hours agendas and content with solution owners and CS Ops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or related/equivalent work experience
  • Experience in product lifecycle support, documentation management, sales enablement content creation, or operations coordination
  • Familiarity with RentalMan (RM), content management platforms, or PLM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Background in construction, equipment rental, or industrial solutions preferred
  • Proficiency in documentation version control and governance practices
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with process improvement orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Limited travel, about 20%
