About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the innovative Virtual Nursing Program at Wilson Medical Center
Oversee a team of Virtual Nurses based in the on-site Virtual Nursing Hub
Partner with bedside staff across inpatient units to support and enhance the patient experience
Provide operational, clinical, and professional leadership for the program
Leverage technology to enhance patient experience and support frontline caregivers
Mentor staff and drive quality outcomes
Build strong partnerships across the organization
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in Nursing
Three (3) years of progressively responsible, relevant clinical experience
Current New York State Registered Nurse License
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Professional certification in a related nursing specialty preferred
