About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the innovative Virtual Nursing Program at Wilson Medical Center
  • Oversee a team of Virtual Nurses based in the on-site Virtual Nursing Hub
  • Partner with bedside staff across inpatient units to support and enhance the patient experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree in Nursing
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible, relevant clinical experience
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse License
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Professional certification in a related nursing specialty preferred
