About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide patient-facing care in clinic for 2 days per week

Requirements

What you’ll need

Board certified
Eligible for licensure in the State of New York
2-3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine, primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, or a related outpatient setting
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
Possession of an NPI (National Provider Identification) number
Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse License
Certification from American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
Current NYS Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license and certification with New York State Education Department
Documentation of current CPR certification within one (1) week of hire,
Certified Prescriptive Privilege in NYS
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification is preferred
Possession of Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (BNDD) Number is preferred
